Coming Home (Meditation)
You do not need to learn to meditate.
You need to remember how to be still.
The mind that cannot stop is not broken.
It is a mind that has learned, over years, that stopping is not safe. That stillness might mean facing what the noise has been covering.
These sessions are not a technique.
They are a held space - weekly, online, in a small group where you practise the one thing most people have forgotten how to do.
Arrive. Be here. Let what needs to surface, surface.
That is all.
And it is more than most people have allowed themselves in years.


Each session moves through three quiet movements.
Arriving — Breath, grounding and a shared intention for the hour. The week falls away. The body remembers it has permission to rest.
The Meditation — Each week carries a theme: presence, release, compassion, vision.
Guided gently, never pushed. You go as deep as you go. That is always enough.
Integration — A moment of stillness after. Then a brief, unhurried reflection. You leave with one thing to carry into the week; not a task, but an awareness.
What happens in a session
Coming Home is a weekly online guided meditation and spiritual healing session — held in a small group, grounded in the awareness traditions of the East.
No experience required.
Only the willingness to arrive.
This is for you - if,
You have tried to meditate alone and given up.
You carry stress in your body and want to learn to put it down.
You are looking for a regular practice held by someone who understands the deeper work — not just the breathing technique.
You want community. The particular quiet that comes from sitting in stillness with others who are also returning to themselves.
