By booking a session or program with AarnaInfinite, you agree to the following terms.
They exist to protect both of us and to hold the integrity of the work.
Bookings & Payment
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment is required in advance of all sessions.
For the 12-Week Return program, a two -instalment payment plan is available — all instalments must be completed before the program concludes.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled within 30 days.
We understand that life is unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please reach out directly — we will always do our best to find a solution.
Refunds
Due to the nature of personal coaching and the preparation involved, refunds are not available for completed sessions.
For multi-session programs: if you decide the program is not right for you before Session 3, a partial refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. After Session 3, no refunds are available.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your own wellbeing before, during, and after sessions.
You agree to engage honestly and to inform Ambi of anything that may affect your safety or the suitability of this work — including any mental health diagnoses or current treatment.
This work is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency service immediately.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including written pieces, frameworks, and recorded materials — is the intellectual property of Ambi Thanachira / AarnaInfinite.
You are welcome to share content with credit. Reproduction for commercial use is not permitted without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
AarnaInfinite and Ambi Thanachira are not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes arising from your participation in sessions or your engagement with content on this website.
Coaching is a collaborative process. The results of our work together depend on your engagement, honesty, and willingness to act.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
